Metabolism is the rate at which our bodies burn energy or calories. This will vary from one person to another depending on the amount of exercise you do together with the type of food that is consumed.
People who do a lot of exercises for example or are involved in a weight training program will of course burn a lot of calories.
For others whose lives are more relaxed, and don’t do any physical exercise will require less energy and therefore food on a daily basis.
It is recommended to eat five or six small meals throughout the day rather than large meals especially at night when our bodies don’t burn as much energy.

I have three children and so it is pretty essential that I keep my house safe as possible, and this is especially true of the swimming pool which I have in the back garden, because the last thing I want is for one of the children to fall in the water when I am not there and to get into difficulties. It was because of this that I took a good look at the range of inground pool covers that are now on the market, and I was very impressed with how completely they can seal off a swimming pool so that it is absolutely impossible for a small child to get into the water even if the child does manage to get over your pool safety fence. Since I installed my inground pool cover I now have greater peace of mind.
