I had been doing a lot of walking while I was on holiday, and a few days after coming back I found that my legs and lower back were really aching, and there did not seem to be very much that I could do about it. However, my friend has one of those Full Body Massage Chairs and when I told him about my problem he suggested that I come around straight away and give it a try. I was a little skeptical that it would help my condition, but I spent a full hour in the chair and by the time I had finished my legs and back were completely pain-free. I do a lot of walking, and I sometimes do suffer from aches and pains because of it, and so now I’m thinking of having a full body massage chair installed into my own home so that I can be ready for it the next time it happens.
