Straining with the last rep of dumbbell presses, Malcolm gritted his teeth and dug deep to find that ever elusive bit of energy the body sometimes tries to hide. Finding it, he gave a little yelp and finished the extension, then quickly, yet carefully put the dumbbells in their rack. The exhaustion had sprung a leak in his sweat glands, making his forehead and arms shine. His friend of many years, Victor, nodded approvingly at him. “That was an excellent workout. I really appreciate your bodybuilding advice,” Malcolm told him as he grabbed his towel and patted at his forehead.

as a general rule, I refuse to purchase women’s bracelets or any other type of jewelry on eBay. The reason for this should be very obvious: you have no opportunity to personally inspect the item before you purchase it. Yes, I know — they will usually include photographs — and the better auction sites will even have detailed close-up photographs. But this is still not the same as being able to pick up and hold the item and examine it carefully for yourself. I would much rather go to a reputable jewelry store or retail outlet to make my purchases — that way there won’t be any surprises — I will know exactly what I am buying, before I purchase it.

Internet business owners know that they have to advertise. If they don’t advertise, potential customers will not visit their websites. No visitors means no sales. No sales means no profits. No profits usually means, that within a short period of time, no business. There are many advertising methods. SOme choose the cheapest. Some choose the most effective. Search engine optimisation is more expensive than other advertising methods, but it is also more effective than other advertising methods. Would you rather spend more money to guarantee more hits. or would you rather spend less money and hope for more hits?

I took my trusted steed into Blacks Gaslight Village in Iowa City to get some feed and water. It was a wonderful place and we had a great time cavorting with all the women. He got a little drunk and tried putting his saddle on backwards, but he was having a good time. If I had not known better I would have said he was just horsing around but a picture of the event showed up on the front page of the local paper for the entire world to see. I was embarrassed and I told him so. So much for taking him on vacation with me. That won’t happen any more.
