Back in the day when banks were the only lenders in the business, getting a loan in the Seatlle Real Estate area meant getting an appointment with the bank manager. You’d sit there for some minutes, feeling like you’re facing the school headmaster and bracing yourself for humiliation. It is then such a relief that these days, things aren’t so bad.
Banks used to have the market for personal loans all to themselves. This is because they were the only business entities that could offer personal loans. And because of this, they charge you extortionate rates, confident in the knowledge that the borrower has no other choice. Well, it’s a little different now. The market is open, which means that banks are no longer the only ones from whom you can get your personal loan. There are loads of places where you can apply for personal loans. During the 17th century, and most of the 18th century, pianos were built relatively simply. These antique pianos then differed greatly to the pianos we know today. For example, the keys were black and the sharps and flats were white during this time. Also, dynamics were extremely hard to emphasize, and the music had more of a robotic feel with a lack of emotion. However, during the end of the 18th century, many piano builders living in Vienna were key figures in the evolution of the piano as we now recognize it today. These craftsmen altered the color of the keys and made the cases of the pianos longer and heavier and used pedals to alter the tone of the instrument. This enabled the performer to play more dramatic and emotion oriented music.
