I am a 41 year old mother of 3 girls and I am tired. So tired I was worried that something was wrong with me. My doctor said I was fine and just said I was getting older. I don’t like my doctor anymore…Anyway, I have been reading about bentonite clay and its uses with cleansing the body of toxins. I have wanted to find something to use to try and get rid of toxins. At my age I am pretty sure I have a body full of them! I may start with the clay facial to remove toxins and then go from there.

We would like to waterproof our basement and then finish it off. However, we don’t have a lot of money, so we want to do as much of the work as we can by ourselves. Is there information online somewhere on do it yourself basement waterproofing? Are there kits you can buy that have all the components you need to waterproof a basement, or do you have to buy everything separately? Even though we would prefer to do it ourselves, I want to make sure it is possible. Is there any reason why we should have a professional do it instead?
