It seems like I am always buying chunks of ginger at the grocery store, and then only needing to use one little bit of the tuber. Can I use the rest of the tuber to try to start a new ginger plant? Is there somewhere I can go to get directions on how to grow ginger? I really want to be able to grow my own since I tend to use it relatively often. I also think that the ginger plants I have seen look nice as well. How do I start a ginger plant? What do I need to do in order to grow ginger?
