Since we had our children with us on the trip to New Zealand, we decided to take them to the premier theme park at Auckland Harbor Bridge. We had to hire a vehicle from car hire in auckland, in order for us to get around, but parking was within walking distance. One has too think about these types of things when you have little ones with. The kids especially enjoyed the Cadbury’s Castle tour amongst the other less daring rides. Such magnificent views can be seen from the Bridge which just so happens to be the largest in the southern hemisphere. Walk ways are safe and tour guides are available to provide the relevant information regarding your surroundings.

Now that summer vacation is here, its the best time for me to head on down to the beach! But, the only problem is since I was invited to so many Christmas and New Year parties I gained quite a bit of weight. I feel very concious about my body and I couldn’t go to the gym or any weight loss centres because of my busy schedule so I went online for help. It was the best thing I ever did because I found so many weight loss tips that can fit into my busy schedule. Since doing that, I have lost alot of weight allowing me to wear what ever I want.

Many researchers have studied the effects of fish consumption, fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids on cardiovascular disease and heart health. The result and facts about heart disease are promising and have also prompted many health professionals to actively promote eating fish as a part of dietary intervention. It seems that eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are metabolites which are derived from omega-3 fatty acids known as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), play an important role in promoting cardiovascular health. We are still unsure of the mechanism responsible for the observed effects of omega-3 fatty acids on cardiovascular health. There are possibly anti-inflammatory properties, anti-thrombogenic, hypotriglyceridemic and reduced susceptibility of the heart to ventricular arrhythmia.

The summer time is a great time to get out with the family and camp. I never had a lot of opportunity to do this when I was a kid. But now that I am older and have a family of my own I make every opportunity to do this. About 2 years ago we bought one of those caravans to make sure that we would have everything we needed when we went out. My husband and sons usually end up sleeping in tents, but I always have the comfort of my camper to make sure that I have the best possible time.
