News at the water cooler today

A shocking report has emerged in the press today, and many people have aired their opinions about it, often over a drink from the office Water Cooler.  The story is related to the 3 week war that took place when Isreal invaded Gaza, the attack lead to a large number of innocent civilians.

A Human Rights Watch group has released a report saying that Isreal was in direct violation of human rights when they shelled parts of gaza using phosphorous shells.  The report claims there was no need to do so, as normal smoke shells were available, and it led to widespread death among civilians.

My wife and I are finally ready to start the process to get approved for a Seattle mortgage loan.  We have been living in a very small apartment ever since we got married two years ago.  We have been saving money very aggressively to put toward a down payment on a home.  We have been waiting for the perfect time to buy and it looks now is the time.  With the real estate market the way it is right now, we would be crazy not to look for our dream house now.  We have worked hard to raise our credit score and should have no trouble qualifying.
