Last year, we stayed in a beautiful Alpine house for our family vacation. We had all the comforts of home while we were away from home. Everyone had their own bedroom, and we enjoyed the beach a couple of times a week. I, personally loved the shopping and the local cuisine. After I put my house on the market, I had a Coconut Grove realtor call me. I figured he wanted to bring clients in to look at my house, but that isn’t what he wanted at all. He wanted me to know that, if I was looking for a new place to live, I could contact him and he would help me find it. In other words, he saw my house go on the market, called me, and wanted to help me buy my next house. Now, I don’t know if real estate normally works like that, but it seemed a bit desperate to me. After all, I already have a real estate agent for my next house. In fact, I’m already in escrow for it. Oh well. Sad for him.
