funny video

I was checking my mail online the other day and I got bored and decided to just search the web. I went to youtube and saw this hilarious video. It was this funny workout video. It was about how to annoy people at the gym. It showed this guy grunting really loudly and then this really sweaty guy working out next to this other guy. It was quite funny. I found this other video right after and it was another good one. it was this guy rolling on this stability ball doing these crazy tricks. It was very amusing and fun to watch. It also passed the time.

We Learned Our Lesson the Hard Way

We’ve learned some lessons the hard way when it comes to managing our rentals. We recently had a very hard lesson when our renter just stopped paying entirely. Every time we sent the police to serve the eviction notice, they would hide out in the basement. They finally left because the pipe broke and flooded them out. We were glad to pay the repairs just to have it resolved. We won’t rent to anyone anymore without a merged credit report included with the application. It turns out that this couple was a known problem and we could have totally avoided the whole debacle if we’d just done a bit more legwork.

She Should do Some Research First

My mom is a teacher. She taught for five years in a public school, but then got laid off. She hasn’t been able to find a job since, so she decided to use her expertise to start a business. She wants to do educational consulting, write curriculum, and sell a newsletter. I think it’s a great idea, but I told her that she should do some research before she sets up her website. She needs to find the most searched keywords by people interested in education and put those keywords on her website. She also needs to write some advertisements that include that keyword. I think she will be a lot more successful that way.

Vauxhall Corsa Urban

As my line of work takes me all over the country, I need a compact and reliable car that is at home on the motorway as much as in the city centre.  Having had several flops that couldn’t cut it when it came to urban parking, I was delighted to discover that the new Vauxhall Corsa was a supermini with a difference.

For a start there was plenty of room inside whilst the outside still slotted easily into even challenging gaps.  I chose an engine option that would easily be able to cope with the demands of frequent lengthy travel, and was rewarded with a poweful little car that packs a surprising amount of poke.  I recommend a Vauxhall Corsa to anyone.

Understanding The Importance Of Boston Terrier Training

Before even thinking to purchase or bring home your new puppy it is important to be perceptive of your puppies’ actual training. It is also important to be aware of the mistakes along the way while training and communicating with your new puppy. Remember that training is an excellent way to better understand your dogs’ state of mind as well as building a solid bond between you and your dog.

Nowadays, as we all noticed most Boston Terrier training centers set up hours just for new puppies to play, socialize and learn how to interact with other dogs or even non-canine pets. Well, if you have a new Boston terrier puppy it is significantly important to socialize them with other dogs as soon as you’re able to as they always get along pretty much easy.

Wife Gets Lucky Buying an HTC Magic Mobile Phone

My wife often buys things on impulsewithout thinking about it. Sometimes it’s a bad thing, and sometimes she gets lucky. Like the other day, she signed an HTC magic contract without researching the phone. I was mad, until I found a great website that explained all of the phone’s features and download-able applications. She got lucky this time, because it really is a great phone. It has google maps on it, which is great because she is always getting lost. It’s also got google chat on it, so she can talk to me while I am at work. She doesn’t always get lucky, but this time she did!

A New Start

My Brother and I have started a small palm tree nursery.  We have about four thousand palm tree’s growing on my three acres.  We need to get soil for the new tree’s and decided to look for some place close.  I went on line and did a Yellow Pages search in my area.  There were several places to choose from and I really didn’t want to play delivery charges.  I found a place a few miles away willing to waive the delivery fee.  We got four yards of palm mix and are on our way to five thousand tree’s. Sure hope it all pays off.

How Much Should I Spend on My Blog?

There are many blogging platforms around the internet like Blogger, WordPress, Xanga and etc. They all provide user friendly blogging software and free hosting to host your blog. You also get a sub domain like yourblog.blogx.com. With these three things you can easily build a quality blog without paying a single cent. Usually free blogging software like wordpress comes with limitations, you will not be able to host stuff online like photos, the anger management you will need third party hosting to have your photos hosted; you will have storage and bandwidth limitations, you have restrictions on the bandwidth usage, meaning when your number of visitor exceed the maximum capacity, your blog will be shut down or down for some time.
