Dressing is something I love doing. I enjoy getting dolled up for occasions and parties. Even when I was I kid, I used to dress up all my Barbie dolls. Growing up shifted my attention to my room which usually gets a make over when I have money to spare for a new wall paper and matching paint color for my closets. What I haven’t seen coming though is my penchant for tiny quick handmade gifts hanging from a thin string attached either at the top or bottom part of my cell phone. I find it cute and amusing. It enlivens the look of my phone adding an accent to the monotonous black or silver color. I have different items with different colors to match my mood in any given day. Next time I plan to attach stickers at the back portion of my phone for an extra glammed-up look.

Triathlon events are endurance competitions involving any combination of three disciplines – swimming, cycling and running – in quick succession over varying distances. Competitors race to complete the fastest time over the whole course, including all the disciplines, as well as the transitions between each component. This option calls for speeding up the treadmill and running at a high intensity for a period of time then slowing the treadmill to a walking pace for a period unique tracing a cell phone number before speeding up again. Proficiency in the three areas of swimming, cycling, and running alone is not enough for success in triathlon events. They require mental strength, alongside absolute fitness and dedication to training.
