If you want to run your car on water, there is really not much you have to do. All you need is a few inexpensive parts you can buy at your local hardware store (maybe $100-150 worth), and a simply guide to tell you how to do it. The most important thing is to get the right guide that teaches you step-by-step what you need to do. If you try to do it all yourself, you will most likely screw up, and you will risk damaging your car. Making your car run on water is still very safe if you do it properly, though. Just make sure to get the right guide.
