We shouldn’t just think of our accountants on tax day. They can advise you well ahead of tax day on how your decisions will affect your taxes. Accountants have a unique position to help you save more money by giving you practical financial advice such as how you can gain more tax breaks if you do something a certain way. One example here is if you are new to the tax write off capabilities and don’t realize that if you fly to another place to conduct business you can write it off as a business expense, as well as your room, your meals while conduction business and so on. An accountant could help you by telling you this, and you may want to budget your money accordingly!
