Attorney Advertises at 4-H Fair

Last night I went to our local 4-H fair.  They had a few bands there, the animals, rides, tons of food and booths.  I was walking around and someone from a booth stops me in my tracks and hands me this brochure and asked me if I required an Indiana Attorney.  I thought that was an odd question to ask just anyone out of the blue.  I told them, no, I do not require the services of an attorney right now, but that I would take his brochure and would contact him if I needed his services in the future.  I just thought it was the strangest way to advertise – at a 4-H Fair!
