To check your cibil ratings online or credit score online, you will first have to contact the credit information bureau of India limited. They will provide you with a nine digit control number which you must always keep in personal as it is very confidential. You now will have to enter this nine digit number on the website www.cibil.com. This is the official web site of the credit bureau of India. Make sure that you do not enter this number at any other place. This way you can view your credit report and you can contact cibil any time for any clarifications.
