DUI offence by Minor

When I was passing a highway in my town I saw a minor who is my friend’s son had done a offence but it was not that serious. The officer found that he is under the influence of alcohol and had a mobile device near his seat. They taken a breath test which comes positive. They charged for dui to him and arrested. I contacted a arlington dui attorney to defend his case. His license was suspended for one year as it was his first offence. The lawyer had started his duty to defend his case and able to minimize dui charges.
