There is one company that I admire and it has already gotten rewards for taking care of their people. They have recognized the fact that when they take care of their employees, their employees take care of the customers. Therefore, the customers are happy because the employees are even happier.
I know for a fact that this company has been using an ERP CRM Software. This software program serves the needs of the people in finance as well as the people in human resource and in the warehouse too. All of these departments have its own computer system which is being used to optimize the processes in how the department works.
