Flipping websites

I had a friend who flipped websites. I had no idea even what that meant. She was talking about her job one day and I had to ask her how to flip websites. She said it was easy. She told me how she originally got started with it on accident. She then talked about the pros and cons of the business. She said that people can learn how to do this quickly and can get ahead in the flipping game. The bad part is that sellers will overestimate or lie about their visitor or page rank. So it is good to do some research first.
