How Payday Loans Work

Say for example your vehicle has broken down and you opt to borrow $300 for repairs from the payday lender. You will write post dated personal check for about $340 (amount and finance fee) made payable to lender. You put this information online while applying for the payday loan through Internet. The Lender subsequently proceeds to gove you a cash loan for $300 for the set period, generally 14-days. When that time is up, you pay lender $340, let them deposit post dated check or else write other post dated check for amount and extra finance fee. In case you do not pay debt fully at an end of term, you are charged extra fees and finance charges.
