lawyers are certified professionals who practices different legal theories in and outside the court of law. With a lawyer comes great deal of responsibility. In many cases lawyers are responsible for the life and death of their clients. Lawyers with the help of oral arguments in the court can save his/her clients. Lawyers have a great deal of responsibility when they are attached with a particular case. Lawyers have to provide oral arguments in front of the judge and to impress him/her with arguments and evidence in order to win the case. Lawyer has to put different legal theories and apply it on the case to prove himself/herself in the court.
