Money Now

I am interested in buying a home but we currently own a home. I would like to purchase a home that is in another district so that my children have access to better schools. The problem that I have is that I can not afford another home and I need to sell the one we are in before we can afford another payment. I have been reading about Absa home loans and wondered if there is a way to use the money that we will make eventually from our current home and apply those proceeds to a future home that we want to buy.
