Pays the bills

I recently joined my friends business. He started up this company a few years back and it has really started to take off. One of the things he wants to do is expand his printing side. He wants to start offering products like id card photo systems, and alike. I have been brought on board to handle that area of operation. I have a strong background in management and operation, so things shouldn’t be a problem. However, I am not very strong on the sales side of things. I am hoping to hire a salesman under me by the end of the week.
