My husband and I are always working toward the day we no longer have to work. If that is an irony of all ironies. I am account manager for our family. I am the best at doing the books plus I do most of the shopping, so I need to be able to keep track of expenses. My husband is fine with the idea of me taking care of the family funds, he is great at other things that are beyond me. He never even questioned when I changed to some Eia annuities. It was the best move for our portfolio.
