As my mother has always instructed me, use the professionals in a particular line of business if you can not do the job professionally yourself. I have always tried to stick with that rule and it has been a great motto and has saved me a lot of headache. For instance, when it comes to hiring employees, I stick with outplacement services. There is a reason why they are the professionals in the industry. I could not afford to invest the time and money trying to hire a candidate myself. I would much rather outsource that job to the professionals to get it done right the first time.
