Pick the method you will use to let the world know about your product or service. Always maintain the best in client contact. Write letters, emails, newsletters with correct grammar and punctuation. Neatness counts. Always return phone calls and emails promptly. Say thank you many ways. When you do get a client, treat them with the utmost respect and care, it will pay off. Be flexible.
