Sort Out Compensation in NSW

August 4th, 2009

Workers who are injured on the job (or who have a medical conditioned made worse as a result of a job) in the Commonwealth of Australia are entitled to workers compensation.  That is a simple fact.  However, there is a difference between the laws in different states and territories, so it is sometimes difficult to know what rights are afforded to an employee in a given situation.  For that reason, it is usually recommended that an injured worker consult with a lawyer about a potential or current claim.  Any NSW compensation lawyer would encourage this contact, so that the worker can fully understand what options and benefits are available.
