Using Software Sales People For Sourcing

A lot of people need jobs. Personally, I help while I can. If I know there is a job opening that a friend is qualified for, I mention to them the opening. But even if I mention it to them and they get interviewed and stuff, it does not mean that they will automatically get hired. There are still a lot of hardwork involved.
There is a software called Software Sales People that helps companies source for people that they need. I have heard a lot about it, a lot of testimonials tellling those who would listen that this software really helped them. And how they have used it time and again for sourcing.
