We just found out that my uncle’s will needs to go through probate, and we decided to get a probate attorney from Rothman Law Firm in Tampa, Florida in order to help us through the process. None of us have ever dealt with probate court before, so we feel better if there is an attorney involved. Hopefully the process will not take too long, as we don’t expect anyone to contest anything in the will, and it looked pretty straight forward. I could really use the money he left for me since I have a lot of bills that need to be paid.

During my entire life I have been the one in the family with all the brains. I know it sound egotistical but I finished high school at 14 and I study quantum physics just for fun.
When my Mom died last fall I realized I had a lot to learn. You see, I was named in her will as the executor to probate her estate. I would love to have a Louis Vuitton bag someday. As of today, I still can’t afford it. You know how much it costs so I am thinking maybe someday there will be like a Name Brand Wholesale that I can go to so I would be able to purchase an LV even if it is a small one. Although I would rather spend the money in travelling than buying just one bag, if you know what I mean.
There was this sale that I went to when I was in Singapore, it had all the brands that I wanted. Sadly, I was not able to buy anything because my daughter was getting cranky already. And we were not able to go there again.

Sometimes we fail and there are also times when we fail. And when we fail it is our chance to prove ourselves once again. I used to tell my HR team that we are only good as our last show. So we have to prove ourselves constantly and not to be lax with our service to our employees.
It is but natural that there is even ERP Implementation Failure because sometimes there is failure in the way it has been implemented. Maybe we should look at the implementors or maybe the concepts being implemented are not for the kind of company there is because a manufacturing company is very much different from a financial one.
