it is the best time of the day to get the workout that you are looking foir and that is the time that your body tells you that you can get it done and tha tis the time that is the most convenient right. it s up to the way that you are doing the thngs that are important that you actualy get it ad it is the way that you need to be sure that you are getitng it done the ebst that you can to.a healthy cheese steak is not on the list though. i have an injury and that is what you need to be doing to maek sure that you are doing the best that you can.
