Alpha lipoic acid and acne

One of the best vitamins for healthy skin is vitamins C and E. One antioxidant that helps these vitamins work better is Alpha lipoic acid and acne then has a hard time remaining on the skin. Alpha Lipoic acid helps clean the liver by helping increase glutathione which helps in detoxification. It is highly used to treat and detox the liver. A lot of acne issues are directly associated with toxins in our system or our liver being impacted or over loaded. Though the creams and soaps and astrigents that are externally applied helpful to reducing acne, the most effective method is two fold, one is the external maintenance of the skin but the most important part is the internal ridding of toxins.
