Depression Detox Diets-eating less makes you feel better…

Their are some theories that suggest that depression can be tied to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Some believe it is caused by a hormonal imbalance. Is it possible that all of the toxins in our bodies could be playing a role in depression? They jury is still out on depression detox diets but it does make sense that removing toxins from the body could possibly help a person to feel better not just physically but mentally. They do go hand in hand on many levels. Toxins effect our energy levels and how we feel physically, so why not how we feel mentally?
