Eat Right

The first thing that you should know when you are trying to build lean muscle is that it is the first thing you will lose if you do not eat right in a diet program. It is so common that people try to starve themselves to jump start their dieting routine and lose weight fast. Unfortunately, all they are doing is losing the weight that they need to keep and their body will hold on to the weight that is the hardest to lose and keep off. Eat right and exercise and you will find that the lean muscle will take of itself without working extra.
