Factors That Affect Vein Health

It is important to take care of every inch of your body and this would include the veins.  Doctors have emphasized that we should take care of every organ of your body but it was never reiterated that we should take care of our veins too.  That is called Vein Health, taking care of our veins.  Although there are many factors that can develop varicose veins one is genes which accounts for almost half of all the cases, another is gender so yes being a woman has a higher probablity of having varicose veins, hormonal changes such as pregnancy and menopause, standing up for long periods of time, overweight, and history of vein blood clotting.
