Geting any antioxidant rich fruit?

One terrific source of antioxidants is fruit. Eating antioxidant-rich fruit is perhaps the easiest way to get these vital proteins and minerals restored into your body and help fight disease. In short antioxidants in fruit will provide you enormous benefits. Blueberries are one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits available but the acai berry is by fat the most powerful, however these are difficult to obtain straight from the plant so actually eating acai berries is not common in most countries. Other good fruits include prunes, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, plums and raspberries.
