When performing your ab workouts, it’s important to realize that you are just as likely to obtain strains or other injuries in the abs as you are with other muscles in the body. But what weight lifting strategy for the abs is more conducive to obtaining those strains and other injuries? Some believe it’s more likely to happen when people use heavier weights. And even though it is more likely to recieve injuries when using heavier weights, it isn’t the weight that is causing the injuries. It is rather the quickness that people usually perform their routines. The heavier the weights use, the more likely a lifter will perform the routine faster.
