How to Be Motivational

The easiest way to be motivational is something that the best salespeople know, and they practice on a regular basis. This is to relate to the person you are trying to get the point across to. Whether you’re trying to convince someone to buy something, or accomplish a task, if you relate to how they feel emotionally, and truly feel empathetic to their situation you will gain the result that you desire. This isn’t about manipulated someone, but rather just being more present in listening to how they feel, and being honest about what you can, or cannot relate to them about.
