How to eat healthy
July 13th, 2008
It is amazing how many people have difficulty eating healthy. There is no rocket science involved; it is something our body was designed to do naturally. There are a few basic thing you can do to really have an impact on your caloric intake. The body does not like sudden, drastic change, but these changes can really make a difference over the long haul (and are less drastic than diet pills like Acomplia). First. get rid of butter and salt. Most people salt their food before they taste it, and add butter to most of their dishes. Let me tell you something, you don’t need it, and you will get used to eating foods with a normal level of seasoning. Finally, skip those trips to starbucks or to a soda vending machine and switch to water; it’s better for you and tastes great too. These changes can lower your blood pressure and reduce your caloric intake by over 300 calories a day, and even better, you still get to eat the foods you love.
