if you don’t like fish, at least take fish oil

January 17th, 2008

The benefit of fish oil is well known to most people today — however, it is also true that we Americans do not eat enough fish. Unlike other societies and cultures where fish (in some form) may be a part of their daily diet, many Americans do not consume even one serving of fish a week! The fact is that many people are put off by the smell of fresh fish, and the way that some varieties of fish taste. Others do not like the experience of finding a fish bone in the meat when they eat it. For folks like this, they can still get many of the benefits of a diet high in fish, by taking a fish oil supplement each day.
