• Improves cardiovascular health – Using infrared sauna for heating your body increases the circulation of the blood. The blood vessels get dilated because of the heat penetrated deep into the body and in turn cause your heart to work faster. This gives the body the goodness of a cardio workout and causes increased blood flow to all parts of the body including the heart.
• Pain relief – People with arthritis, muscle spasms, fibromyalgia and having other types of muscular pains are found to be benefited by exposure to infra red rays in a sauna.
