RLS or restless leg syndrome can “victimized” anyone young or old, rich or poor, man or woman. But for most doctors and physical trainers and nutritionists, anyone who is overweight and has a sedentary lifestyle can suffer RLS. They would suddenly feel that their legs begin to twitch involuntarily and this gets worse once you are in a relaxed mood during night time and/or you’re lying down in bed getting ready to go to sleep.
