One of the most important areas is post exercise nutrition. After you have worked the muscles they are depleted. You need to replenish then by consuming food that replenishes lost glycogen. This will also help your metabolism to stay up which contributes to overall weight loss. By knowing which foods to consume and why you stand a much better chance of realizing superior progress in your exercise goals. A little education can go a long way in this regard.
