Walk the Weight Off

I am on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet. I love the diet plan but I just hate working out. I have learned a way to cut out going to the gym. I have started walking. Research has shown that performing 30 to 45 minutes of physical activity every day can benefit your health. So I started walking 45 minutes every day and I have felt great and lost weight. If you are like me and hate gyms, then walking in a simple solution. It is something you can do health. If you want to know how many steps you are getting during your work out, you could use a pedometer to measure the number of steps you take. A good number to aim for is 10,000.
