Why crash diets aren’t how to lose belly fat

Diets that make drastic changes to your intake of food and calories in a short period of time aren’t safe bets for how to lose belly fat for the long term. Why? Well there are a few reasons but the biggest one is how will you keep the weight off when you go off the diet.
These fad diets work to shock your body into weight loss, how ever can you really keep up with their suggested meals and servings for ever? Didn’t think so sooner or later you will have to go back to regular habits, how ever if those regular habits don’t change how can you keep the weight off?
