Working on this myself

I am currently in the process of trying to become healthier. I eat right and try to get the most out of a muscle gaining workout everyday. This is accomplished mainly through upper body lifting, but cardio is helpful as well. Some more serious athletes supplement their workout with protein milkshakes. These usually contain ingredients like creatine or whey protein. Using these ideas one can very efficiently lose extra wight and convert fat into muscle.

You see becoming healthy goes hand in hand in building a great body and strong muscles. Gone are the days where bodybuilders were seen as ‘unhealthy’ athletes who abuse their body and take dangerous chemicals to gain muscles.
