Debt settlement

I am so excited I have started the process of consolidating my debt. It has been looming over my head for so many years now. I am not sure why I have waited so long to get debt relief options. But now since I have waited to long, I am so excited, and so antsy to get everything taken care of and begin the process of new payments every month instead of all the payments I have now. I know the negotiations of settling all of my debt take a little time, but is there any estimated time to getting it done?
