Judicial sale foreclosure and power of sale foreclosure are two types of foreclosure mostly known in United States. Those two types are broad classes that include various kind of foreclosing of numerous help stop foreclosure mortgage properties. In addition, there are few other foreclosing types applied in few states, but as we come to a broad classification, those two classes divide the basic foreclosing in two default categories.

Those two classes of foreclosing can be considered separated by a line that contains judicial foreclosing on one side and dealing conditions based foreclosing on the other side. Any kind of foreclosing can be clarified under those two categories.
