Short Sale is the Solution

There are some cases where a short sale is definitely the solution that the homeowner is looking for. But, not everyone will be allowed to do a short sale even if they wanted to.

When the concept of a short sale is explained, most people want to do a short sale because it means they pay less and the bank accepts the loss. Most people think that there is no need to help the bank.

The government is helping them anyway with taxpayers money so the people should get a break once in a while. That way it seems fair.
