College Students Discuss the DUI Scenario

I overheard a group of college students at a restaurant yesterday and simply had to walk over to their table to clear up their misconceptions. They were discussing a scenario of being pulled over by an officer for drinking and driving. One of the college students said that they would immediately refused a breathalyzer test. This is when I walked over to their table and introduced myself as a criminal defense attorney boulder. I reminded them that they can drink and drive provided they had not had too much to drink, and therefore, the breathalyzer test may actually be there friend and not their enemy.
