Chinese lanterns have excellent sales in Vietnam
October 3rd, 2009
Chinese Lanterns are selling much more quickly than Vietnamese lanterns leading up to a big festival. They are much stronger and easier to ship without troubles. Many households who manufacture the lanterns are no longer making them because the demand is now so low. It is viable for us to send lanterns to Vietnam by air mail if people there would like to buy our product. It is however good to purchase things made in your home country to support the economy. Lots of highstreet shops are also not putting them on the shelves even though the government has launched a campaign to encourage people to buy locally made products. In Britain, lots of products made in Vietnam are sold because they are so inexpensive in pounds stirling.
