Is home made food, good for my dog?

Many dog owners these days have started to feed their dogs with home made dog food. The major reason for this shift was caused by the 2007 pet food recall. After the cat food and dog food recall, many dog owners developed fear to giving their dogs manufactured food. Dog owners are avoiding commercial dog food, trying to keep their dogs away from artificial coloring agents, flavoring agents and possible toxic dog food ingredients. Since dog home made food are prepared fresh at home, they do not include any of the above mentioned ingredients that could be harmful to your pet.
